Whispers on the Wind 
Waking light start each day anew
with breath of whispered love to you
Imagine it surrounds you there
As the wind gently lifts your hair
with breath of whispered love to you

Comforts you as if I’m near
Brilliant visage a soft warm glow
and when you feel it you will know
Every beat of this artist’s heart
target reached by fateful dart
This truth shines out like stars above
swift light brings power of my love
Ever present with your spirit
hoping you can somehow hear it
It’s your name, whispered on the wind
Imagine, I’m there to defend
Breath sent softly from parted lips
touches as if by fingertip
In Magic, I am with you now
Sweetly kissing above your brow
Around your chest it lightly wraps
Or did you feel a hug? perhaps?
In your ear, it softly whispers
In a voice that makes you miss her
Along your neck, it lightly blows
passing by, a memory. You know.
Intertwining of our fingers
warm traces of past touch lingers
It comforts you like a baby
Seeing in you all that may be
Looks of desire like a lover

As if by wand of magician
Grand talent touches guitar strings

Blue Bee
Have you ever seen a blue bee?
This morning one came to visit me
Quickly he flies from bloom to bloom
At this rate, he will be done by noon
On the rooftop sits a watcher
Sunrise, below him life starts to stir
Look, he’s watching me, watch the bee
I wonder what else his eyes might see
Garden friends help me start each day
In the most calm and delightful way
with care, quietly I’m watching
and capture details of their being
Sending these gifts of love to you
all of you that may be feeling blue

Lost in a Cosmic Sea
Lost in a cosmic sea
I’m lost in a deep dark sea
you cast a net and captured me
Eyes of desperation linked in time
In an instant, I am fine
Soothed the pain of longing
Connection intense and shocking
Suddenly feeling hope again
whether you are lover or a friend
You cast a net and captured me
Held me close and made me see
I recognize it’s cosmic energy we are
I’m being burned by a shining star
A creative soul I must have known
Finally, I feel like home
With all reasoning forsaken
It leaves my body shaken
Ignoring our hearts being broken
when words of love are spoken
Out of fear I pushed you away
so scared you wouldn’t stay
now desperation drowns every thought
how will I ever live without?

Basin of energy
I have to stop, breathe,
take in what is around me
It happens a lot here in this basin of energy
I pass a dog I like, catching a treat in the air
Corn cooking on a home made grill
Music fills the air, a cacophony of sound
My hair blowing around
in the wind, with no restraint
like me, like my feelings

A woman with sparkly flowers for sale
Asks me for my phone

It’s dark, I am invisible, invincible
Except to animals and children,

Floating in the air of love
We all walk around in front of the eyes of the world
Our skeletons on the outside, trying to hold up the projection
and the protection
Bleeding hearts, aching arms, a longing so painful and shocking
We can’t breathe
Wanting that thing in reality
we can only give ourselves
From birth, shot out into this world
Like a cannon
Into a sea of inequity
Floundering, gasping, reaching for air,
for love
The incredible relief of finding it
A liferaft for our aching soul
Breathing, slowly, deeply the stardust of our own being mixed with others
Floating above the pain long enough to regain strength
Before diving in again, deep self-destruction until I must feel it!
